Products ordered on www.glassyon.ro are delivered via the ecolet.ro courier service, the official partner of Emerald Optic SRL. The process is designed to ensure speed, security, and transparency at every stage.

4.1. Delivery Areas
Delivery is available throughout Romania.
International deliveries are available only upon prior request and written confirmation from the Seller.

4.2. Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the location and product availability.
During busy periods (holidays, promotional campaigns), the delivery time may be extended.

4.3. Delivery cost
The delivery cost is displayed in the shopping cart before the order is finalized.
For orders above a certain amount (if you wish to set a limit), delivery may be free.

4.4. Package tracking
The customer automatically receives SMS/email notifications regarding the delivery status: pickup, in transit, delivery.
Each package has a unique tracking number.

4.5. Receipt of the package
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer is encouraged to check the integrity of the packaging.
In case of visible damage, it is recommended to draw up a report together with the courier and immediately notify the Seller.

4.6. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the Customer (incorrect address, inability to contact, etc.), the package may be returned to the sender.
Reshipment can only be made with the Customer’s consent and may involve additional costs.
