Warranty Policy

The products sold by GlassyOn are 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors of premium brands such as Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Dunhill, Balenciaga, and others.

  1. Legal warranty of conformity
  • All products are covered by a 12-month legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with applicable law.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects or nonconformities that arise under normal use.
  1. What is not covered by the warranty
  • Damage caused by improper use (scratches, impacts, exposure to extreme temperatures).
  • Normal wear and tear of components (e.g., screws, nose pads).
  • Unauthorized modifications to the product (repairs, alterations).
  1. How to file a warranty claim

The customer must send the following to [email]:

  • name and contact information;
  • order number;
  • a detailed description of the problem;
  • clear photos of the defect;
  • If necessary, the product may be requested for physical inspection.
  1. Warranty Claim Resolution

Depending on the nature of the defect, solutions may include:

  • repair of the product;
  • replacement with an identical or similar product;
  • a refund of the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.

The processing time is a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product or the complete documentation.

Proper use of products sold by GlassyOn

  1. The products sold by GlassyOn are premium, authentic items intended for use under normal conditions, in accordance with the instructions provided by international eyewear manufacturers.
  2. The customer is responsible for using the products properly to prevent premature wear and tear. Recommendations:
  • handling the glasses with both hands;
  • avoid wearing it on your head;
  • Clean the lenses only with a microfiber cloth and specialized solutions;
  • Avoid contact with abrasive materials or chemicals;
  • storage in the rigid case;
  • Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures.
  1. Technical adjustments must be performed only by authorized personnel. Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.
  2. Sunglasses are not industrial or sports protective equipment. Eyeglasses are designed to hold lenses prescribed by a doctor.
  3. Emerald Optic SRL cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use.
